— THERAPY

Therapy for Professionals

Structured, evidence-based support for performance pressure, career transitions, and burnout. Availability is limited. Priority is given to existing evaluation clients and professional referrals.

Therapy sessions are structured and goal-oriented. The focus is on identifying what is driving the presenting concern, whether that is anxiety, decision fatigue, role transition, or interpersonal friction in high-stakes settings. Sessions draw on cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic frameworks depending on what the situation requires.

How therapy works here

Sessions are 50 minutes, weekly or biweekly, by telehealth or in person. The initial sessions focus on history and case formulation. Treatment goals are set collaboratively and revisited at regular intervals. Therapy is not open-ended by default. The structure and duration are determined by the clinical picture, not by an assumption of indefinite treatment.

Evaluation versus therapy

If you are unsure whether you need an evaluation or therapy, a brief consultation can clarify the right path. Many clients begin with an evaluation and transition to therapy afterward. See the neuropsychological assessments page for evaluation services.

ADHD therapy

For adults with an existing ADHD diagnosis seeking ongoing support, see the ADHD in high-performing adults page.
